Welcome to the Longboard Retreat Plea October 2026, a 6-day experience full of surf, progression and connection in Loredo Beach (Cantabria), one of the most iconic longboard spots in northern Spain.

Loredo Beach, located on the eastern coast of Cantabria, is one of the best longboard locations in Spain thanks to:
- Soft, long, clean waves with perfect walls for noseriding, classic manoeuvres and smooth gliding.
- Sandy bottom, ideal for beginner and intermediate surfers.
- A wide, open bay providing plenty of space, even on busy days
- Excellent wave consistency and favourable winds throughout the year.
All this makes Loredo an outstanding natural playground to learn, progress and enjoy longboard surfing in its purest, most traditional form.

- you want to improve your basic technique,
- you’re starting to explore classic longboard manoeuvres,
- or you want to ride longer, smoother waves comfortably.
Our recommendation to prepare for the trip or continue to learn afterwards: use the Longboard Academy to train your body and mind and get the most out of this experience.
What Does the Longboard Coaching Week Include?
For 6 days, you will share the experience with a group of 8 longboarders (beginner/intermediate level) and 2 instructors. Together we’ll live, surf and train at PLEA Beach House, right next to Loredo Beach.
Your daily routine will include:
- Longboard-specific surf sessions
- Technical theory lessons
- Off-the-water practice
- Video analysis sessions
- Full board accommodation
PLEA Beach House is a warm, modern and comfortable space designed for surfers. Its common areas are perfect for relaxing after surf, connecting with the group and enjoying high-quality video analysis sessions.
and what if i don´t have longboard?
No problem.
Longboard rental for the full 6 days is €150.

- We recommend being federated in surfing (this includes accident insurance in any beach in Spain).
- If you’re not federated, we strongly advise arranging your own accident insurance.
- This retreat does not include accident insurance.
how can you attend?
You can confirm your spot by paying the reservation fee of 490€ (this amount will only be refunded in case the organisation cancels the conference). The remaining 1000€ will be paid in cash on arrival at the event (as well as the longboard rental fee if applicable).
