I do on one side a bit of general strength improvement like TRX (core) and weight lifting (upper body) and biking (endurance and legs). on the other side as i am not the youngest anymore a bit of mobilisation and flexibility (yoga and specific mobi programs).
i am lucky to have a lake around where we can wakesurf, so i regularly go out with my longboard for trying things out. and for practicing the popup i go sometimes to a wavepool.
