The place we have chosen for these coaching days is the magical coastal town of Escuela de Surf y Surf House Caion (Praia de Caion) A Laracha – A Coruña (Galicia – Spain). Caion beach is a beach break with several peaks, which makes it interesting for all types of surfers, from beginners to advanced. We also have local surfers in our team, who help us constantly if we need to move and change beach.

These Longboard Caoching Days are for you whether you are polishing your pop-up technique or if you are trying to become fluent in the cross-step, since the first part totally determines the “walking” on the board, and doing it correctly will invite you automatically to take your first steps on the longboard safely.
What are the "Jornadas" about?
A group of 8 Longboarders of beginner / Intermediate level, will live together for 3 nights and 4 days of Surfing, in the surf school and Surf House of Caion, in a natural environment and with ideal conditions at this time of the year to practice Longboard. We will do specific Classical Longboard lessons, theories, on land practice and video analysis.
The beach of Caion, having a sandy bottom, has variable peaks, with a beautiful left peak on the left side of the beach, another right peak just on the right border attached to the beach next to it, both at mid tide and low tide, and occasionally at low tide, it also tends to have a right peak in the middle of the beach.
Included in the package:
- 3 nights’ accommodation in a shared room.
- 3 breakfasts.

- 3 longboard surf lessons
- 3 theory lessons.
- 2 video analysis.
- all the videos we make for you during the sessions.

THESE COACHING DAYS DO NOT INCLUDE ACCIDENT INSURANCE.
and what if i don´t have longboard?
If you don’t have a board or prefer not to bring it, you can rent your longboard for 140€ for the 4 days of the event.
*The payment will be done in cash at arrival.
accommodation and meals: half-board
For these days of intesive learning, we will stay in the great facilities of theSurf House Caión, located just in front of the beach and with direct access to it.
Breakfasts, dinners, and housing is included in the total price of the “Jornadas”, so your only concern once you are here, is to squeeze the experience and ENJOY!
*In the case of having any intolerance or specific preference related to the meals, please let us know and the kitchen team will prepare what you need.

how can you attend?
You can confirm your spot by paying the reservation fee of 300€ (this amount will only be refunded if the organisation cancels the conference). The remaining €450 will be paid in cash on arrival at the event (as well as the longboard rental fee, if applicable).
