The “XII Jornadas de Longboard Panamá” starts on July 21st and ends on July 29th, spending 9 days and 8 nights together in an exclusive group of longboarders.
The meeting point will be Tocumen´s airport exit in Panamá City on the 21st July around 3pm, from where we will depart by car all together to the house that will be our home during the trip.

This “Longboard Coaching Trip” is for you whether you are polishing your pop-up technique, trying to get the hang of cross-stepping or your first noseriding maneuvres.
The characteristics of the panamanian waves during this moment of the year are ideal either for the longboarder willing to reach and intermediate level, as well as to the one looking for improving the noseriding.
Our recommendation to prepare for the trip or continue to learn afterwards: use the Longboard Academy to train your body and mind and get the most out of this experience.
what is the "ix longboard coaching trip to Panama" about?
A small group of us longboarders will embark on an adventure for 9 days and 8 nights in search of the best conditions for classic longboarding around the Panamanian Pacific.
During the trip, (in addition to surfing to exhaustion), we will help you to improve your surfing technique so that you continue to progress in longboarding wherever you are in your process, in addition to providing you with the necessary knowledge to catch many more waves and enjoy your sessions more, such as a correct positioning and reading of the sea.
what is included?
The main objective of the “Longboard Coaching Trip” is to provide you with as much knowledge and practice as possible, both in and out of the water, to accelerate your learning so that you can continue to progress and enjoy your longboard surfing sessions more and more.
Here is a small sample of what we are going to do:
- 1 surf daily lesson (normally at sunrise).
- Video recording of your waves; we will provide you all your videos and photos when the trip is over.
- Video analysis sessions
- Specific mobility for longboard early in the morning before the lesson.
- Recovery mobility and relaxation session after the last surfing session of the day at sunset.
- As much surf time as you are capable: in addition to the daily lessons, every afternoon we will have free surf sessions to squeeze our time in the water.
- Surprise welcome pack

accommodation and meals all included
For these 9 days of intensive learning and surfing, we will live in an incredible house, very comfortable and spacious, with shared rooms for 2-3 people, with garden, porch, a pool where you can relax and a wonderful terrace protected from the sun and outdoors, where we will have three meals a day, as well as mobility sessions in the morning and at the end of the day.
Breakfasts, lunches and dinners, as well as accommodation are all included in the total price of the “Longboard Coaching Trip”, so that your only concern when you come is to make the most of these 9 days.
*In the case of having any intolerance or specific preference related to the meals, please let us know and the kitchen team will prepare what you need.
